The orders of the Made to Measure garments will be delivered approximately in 4 weeks and the planned shipment date  will be communicated upon the order confirmation. 

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. Please notify your request writing via email at customercare@aloisio.com and once you receive the return authorization you may proceed to ship the item/s back to the indicated address.

All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and intact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as all attached tags.

Personalized/customized/tailored/monogrammed products to your specifications (when delivered as described and in good condition) cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after the order has been placed. In this case the Purchaser cannot exercise this right of withdrawal.
